Octoboss is a mutated Squidmen and supervillain. He is a minor antagonist in Season 2.
History
Nothing is known about Octoboss' history, all that is known is that unlike other members of his species, Octoboss was born with pink skin and grew to surpass the average size for Squidmen. Prior to the events of the show, he would take on a life of crime and become known as the supervillain "Octoboss".
Octoboss is seen with other Squidmen, hijacking a facility for highly radioactive resources, where he is greeted by Rex Splode. The two fight it out, with Octoboss gaining the upper hand due to his strength and Rex having recently recovered from an injury. Unfortunately for him, Invincible would come in to help Rex. Octoboss would eventually get defeated by Rex by his new arm implant.
Appearance
Octoboss, much like other members of his species, appears as a humanoid male octopus with red eyes, no hair, and tentacles sprouting from his arms. Unlike other Squidmen, his size far surpasses the average size of his species, along with his coloring being pink rather the regular dark cyan his species are. He also possesses metal leggings to theoretically get around easier, as well as an arm cannon to deal stronger damage.
Powers and Abilities
Powers
- Amphibious Physiology: Due to Octoboss' physiology, it would be safe to presume that he would be able to survive being underwater as well as on land with little to no stress.
- Superhuman Strength: Due to his size and mutations, Octoboss possesses strength powerful enough to lift conveyor belts and metal crates.
- Superhuman Durability: Octoboss is capable to resisting huge physical injuries, such as when he withstood multiple hits from Invincible, or was able to tank explosions thrown against him by Rex Splode.
Abilities
- Bilingual: Besides his native language, Octoboss is possesses understanding of English, however his own usage of speaking it is rather crude.
