History
Meeting Amber
Kyle meets Amber Bennett for the first time.
In early 2023, Kyle initially encounters Amber Bennett in a corridor and asks her to a gathering at a fraternity house. Later, he is spotted socializing with Amber at the party, mentioning to her that it's not solely about parties and that Upstate University offers numerous excellent programs. Amber Bennett points out that he seems a little nerdy for a fraternity member, to which Kyle responds that his girlfriend has mentioned the same and that she is moving there next semester, adding that he misses her a great deal.
In the fall of 2023, Kyle was spotted at a different frat party, participating in a ping pong shooting game.
Dating Amber
Kyle and Mark bond over their love for Seance Dog comics.
Almost a year after their initial encounter, and shortly after her split from Mark Grayson, Kyle and Amber started a relationship. When he met Mark for the first time in a Bowling Alley, the uncomfortable atmosphere disappeared upon discovering he was also a fan of Seance Dog, leading them to connect through their shared passion for comics and becoming close friends.
Invincible War
Kyle and Amber learn of the evil Invincibles' worldwide attack.
While in Amber's room, both she and Kyle would get a notification about Invincible variants attacking Earth. The university would be attacked and destroyed by one of the Invincible variants, but the status of him and Amber, if they escaped, is still unclear at this moment.

Trivia
- In the comics, Amber's new boyfriend was named Gary, who Invincible ended up threatening after he physically abused her.
- Despite sharing a similar role and some physical traits to Gary, namely the goatee, Kyle and Gary seem to be completely different characters.
- The name Gary was actually used by another minor character, a father who was killed in the Destruction of Chicago.
